All services provided by papierprintit GmbH described in this document is offered to use by the guild website registered owner, and is used to present the owners guild. |
| §2 Guild-Solutions Services |

a) Guild Solutions and any other related services by papierprintit GmbH is provoding the following services:
Web Hosting, Teamspeak Hosting, Domain registration

| §3 Paid services |
You agree that voluntary subscription to the service is in exchange for the removal of advertisements and content limits only, and does not constitute priority escalation for problem reports. Further, you agree that you understand you are not paying for any functionality related to any content that integrates, directly or indirectly, with either a game or remote web site, such as, but not limited to, any add-ons developed by papierprintit GmbH or its members, and transformed data fetched from remote sources. You agree that any transformation of data fetched from any source is provided as a convenience by guild-solutions.com, and is neither charged for, nor enhanced by, subscription to the service. Payment interval: Monathly, all 3, 6 or 12 Months Provided free or reduced price packages are ad-supported. Guild-solutions is allowed to change kind, style and number of placed ads at any time. The subscription fee is related to the ordered package. The subscription fee has to be paid within 14 days starting at date of bill. If you have chosen idirect debit, we will charge your account within 7 days after date of bill. In case of failure, papierprintit GmbH is allowed, to add a fee of 10 $ / 15 $ to your current bill. |
| §4 Duration and end of subscription |
The subscription term is the selected term. The subscription will be renewed automatically for the same time, if the subscription has not been cancelled latest 14 days before the next subscription starts.
PayPal subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. papierprintit GmbH is allowed to unplug the web presence at any time from the cancellation day. Remaining subscription time is not beeing refund. | §5 General |
This agreement is governed by the laws of Germany. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Konstanz, Germany in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the guild-solutions sites/services. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and guild-solutions as a result of this agreement or use of the guild-solutions sites/services. You agree to indemnify and hold guild-solutions , its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the guild-solutions sites/services. guild-solutions reserves the right to disclose any personal information about your or your use of the guild-solutions sites/services, including its contents, without your prior permission if guild-solutions has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of guild-solutions ; (3) enforce the terms of use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its members or others. guild-solutions 's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of guild-solutions's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the guild-solutions sites/services or information provided to or gathered by guild-solutions with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and guild-solutions with respect to the guild-solutions sites/services and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communcations and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and guild-solutions with respect to the guild-solutions sites/services. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and record originally generated and maintained in printed form. |
